MHP, a leading international food and agricultural group with Ukrainian roots and one of the largest poultry producers in Europe, has announced that the conditions precedent for the conditional redemption it announced on 15 January 2026 has been satisfied. It will on 18 February 2026 redeem U.S.$218,014,000 in the aggregate principal amount outstanding of MHP Lux S.A.&rsquo;s 6.95% Notes due 2026, which will be all of the outstanding amount of such Notes on the said date following the settlement of the tender offer announced on 15 January 2026, in accordance with the terms of the indenture dated as of 3 April&nbsp;2018 (as amended and restated from time to time) governing such Notes.
